“I am the newest support team member. In addition, I follow a Pedagogy study and I supervise children with diabetes. Before I started working at Boozt24 I had a managerial position in a men's clothing store, but I had been looking for a new challenge for a while. When I saw the vacancy as a Client Success Agent pass by, I grabbed this opportunity with both hands. 

I live in Bussum with my girlfriend Malou and our dog Bobbie, the trainee Company Dog. At the weekend I like to be at home, walking the dog and drinking a beer with friends in the pub on Saturday evening. 

I started at Boozt24 to work alongside Malou Slagveld, together we represent the support department. I focus on the long-term projects of existing customers and Malou, among other things, deals with the daily tasks. In addition, I am also in training with Bob Hofland to support him in making risk analyses. So you can find me in both the risk and the support department.

Working together with the Boozt team is one of the most important aspects for me as a Client Support Agent and good communication with each other plays a major role in this. Fortunately, that is very easy, everyone's door is always open. Our work has a visible effect on SMEs, which makes it fun for me.
