Bob Hofland

“I live with my wife in Oegstgeest and we have twins, a son and a daughter. I have been working at Boozt24 since 2016 and I also carry out other interim assignments. This mainly concerns advising companies in the field of corporate finance and assisting and advising on financial restructuring and reorganisations. At Boozt24 I am operational as a Risk Manager.

My biggest passion is sailing, I've been doing that all my life. And preferably on large open water, such as the IJsselmeer or at sea. Actually, I love all sports, I'm really a bit of a sports freak. If the Olympics are on television, you can even wake me up at night for it. I used to play hockey fanatically, but nowadays I can't do that anymore and I encourage my old team from the sidelines. A ball sport that I can still practice is golf, and I like to do that in addition to sailing.

As a Risk Manager, I assess whether potential customers meet the conditions of Boozt24 and whether they can be a new customer for us. When the customer comes in, I regularly review the progress of the companies to assess whether we can keep them as customers. I also help with the financing of our company, so Boozt24 itself, to ensure that it runs smoothly. In this way I hope to be able to contribute to further growth and success with more and more customers.

The most important thing is that I like the work, and I certainly do. I do it with great pleasure and hope to continue to develop Boozt24 together, as a team. The fun mainly stems from the right team spirit and the relaxed atmosphere at the office. We are, young and old, on the same wavelength and inspire each other to achieve our mission.”
