“Maintaining contact with customers is important.”

“I grew up in a small village called Vogelenzang, but recently I moved back to my hometown Haarlem. In Amsterdam I followed the Food Commerce & Technology study, which is a completely different direction than finance. When I was looking for a job after my studies, a friend pointed me to the vacancy of Boozt24. She thought it might be something for me and I've been here for two years now as a Client Success Agent.

Tijdens kantooruren, naast mijn functie binnen het team, zorg ik ook graag voor onze Company Dog, Moses. In het weekend rijd ik paard op de manege en sinds kort heb ik weer een verzorgpaard. Ook winkelen en lekker uiteten gaan met mijn vriendinnen vind ik leuk om in mijn vrije tijd te doen.

As a Client Success Agent I am mainly concerned with our clients. When customers have questions, I try to help them as best as possible. To introduce new customers, I give demos in which I explain how our software works. Sometimes I give the demo via Microsoft Teams, so the customer can watch on my screen. But the most effective and also more fun way is to meet with the costumer.

We are a small team, so it is important to work well together. We maintain contact with each other as a Boozt-team. When help is needed, the others can always count on me. By working together, the company grows and we hope to increase the customer portfolio. But ofcourse we also have a good time. Humor within the team is important, every now and then we fool around with each other.”
